   How to join us:
   
   Please send your fully completed Application to Academia Ltd with a copy of the relevant pages of your passport, copies of your qualifications and an indication of level of English, and your tuition fee. For further information and details of tuition fees please see the separate download HOW TO APPLY, or speak to our Agency staff or one of their Authorised agents..
   
   On receipt of all of the above we will send you an unconditional letter of acceptance which can be used to apply for your student visa, and accommodation reservation details if requested.
   In the case of host families, details may not be available at the time of application, but will be given to you at least two weeks before your arrival date.
